On Friday, May 23rd we gear up for another season by changing our beer list for the season. Quaffable, lighter, refreshing summer beer. Fruit beer, wheat, Kolsch, Plisner, Witbier, and more. No, we won’t take all the high test stuff down. And before you know it, it will the Fall again. Enjoy them while they last.
Some of us have a desire for the sour. Like Lemonheads and Sauerkraut. In the case of Sauerkraut, some of the same bacteria (Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus) are responsible in souring beer. Sour beer is certainly not the most popular style in the world of suds, and that, in addition to $$$ per ounce, is what makes it also so hard to find.
