THE BEER/CIDER

Organic Chocolate Stout: A beautiful marriage of toasty stout ale with lush chocolate. Very dark; full body; deep aroma and finish.

Oatmeal Stout: A judicious addition of oats gives this dark ale a smooth, silky body that balances roasted barley perfectly. Still the benchmark of` the style.

Organic Cider: Hard apple cider has a long tradition in England. Bright straw-gold color; crisp clean flavor, and a finish that is dry but not austere. Naturally gluten-free.

Organic Perry: Pears make wonderful cider, known in the UK as “perry.” Pear-blossom aroma; smooth body and crisp conditioning; delicious, inviting, and gluten-free.

Pure Brewed Organic Lager (cans): Pure barley malt and herbal hops in perfect balance, with a clean lager finish. Cans are a recent introduction from the ultra-traditional Samuel Smith’s.
