Seared Ahi Tuna with lemon grass ginger broth.
Paired with Magic Hat Circus Boy (American-style Hefeweizen, 5.2% ABV.)

Paired with Magic Odd Notion (Irish Red Ale, 4.6% ABV.)

Three Heart Salad; artichoke, palm, and romaine with citrus vinaigrette.
Paired with Magic Hat Hocus Pocus (Summer Ale, 4.5% ABV.)

Duck Confit with apricots and wild mushrooms accompanied by grilled polenta.
Paired with Magic Hat #9 (Not quite pale ale, 4.6% ABV.)

Beef and Hungarian sausage goulash over chive Spätzle.
Paired with Magic Hat Lucky Kat (Pale Ale, 5.8% ABV.)

Twenty layers raspberry and Belgian chocolate torte.
