21st Amendment Brew Free or Die IPA 7.00 Assertive malt backbone supporting the overwhelming bitterness. Dry hopped in the fermenter with four types of hops giving an explosive hop aroma.
21st Amendment Monks Blood 8.30 During times of fasting, the monks subsist solely on beer, which they refer to as “liquid bread”. Beer, quite literally, is in their blood.
5 Rabbit 5 Vulture 6.40 Oaxacan-Style Dark Ale brewed with piloncillo sugar and chile ancho, a deep amber-colored ale with complex caramel aromas, toasted sugar notes and a spicy finish.
