SMOKED BRISKET BURGER – BEER ENGINE’s 100% Ohio grass fed chargrilled burger patty topped with hickory smoked beef brisket, smoked cheddar cheese, fried seasoned onion petals, and our house made horseradish aioli. Served with ENGINE chips and a fried pickle. 13.75

HARISSA ARTICHOKE WRAP – A 12” grilled flour tortilla wrap with olive tapenade, spinach, battered Harissa seasoned artichoke hearts, red quinoa, goat cheese, red onion, and our roasted garlic aioli. Served with ENGINE chips and a pickle. 10.00

BEER ENGINEs HOMEMADE MEATLOAF – Two thick slices of our house made veal, pork, and beef meatloaf served with parmesan-chive mashed potatoes, deconstructed green bean casserole, and a ramekin of chefs mushroom demi gravy.

CHICKEN PAPRIKASH – BEER ENGINEs favorite spaetzle with creamy smoked paprika gravy loaded with diced chicken thigh and breast meat. Topped with a dollop of sour cream and fresh parsley.

BE APPETIZER SAMPLER – Our huge appetizer sampler basket with beer battered jalapeno slices, a heaping pile of our ENGINE fries dusted with our buffalo seasoning and topped with our house made beer cheese, and one pound of boneless wings with your choice of sauce. Served with Ranch and Chipotle Ranch dressings for dipping.

Trivia Night Every Tuesday at 9pm – Round up your team!

Geeks Who Drink will host trivia night which will take place each and every Tuesday. Expect this: Quizzes cover everything from celebrities in trouble to wordplay to bad television. Each quiz has two audio rounds: a “Name that Tune” style round, and another round comprised of soundbites from movies and TV. Play in teams of up to six or by yourself if you’re some kind of savant. If you want to play but don’t have a team, come anyway. We can usually get single players recruited onto an existing team. And finally, there are prizes awarded. Grab a Team!

We now offer a Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar on Saturday as well as Sunday. Here’s how it works. We will bring you a large glass of the vodka of your choice and you get to create your own masterpiece. Ingredients include several types of Bloody Mary tomato juices, hot sauces, fresh cut limes and lemons, jalapenos, infused vodka cucumbers, fresh celery, bleu cheese stuffed olives, super sized dill pickle spears, olives, bacon bits, and lastly salami and assorted cheeses.  And if you don’t like Bloody Mary’s make sure to try a champagne mimosa or beer-mosa.
